We bring ALL materials and equipment. Students just bring themselves! Costs for yarn, roving, etc included in the class cost.

Classes offered:

Knitting for Beginners

1.5 hour class where participants will learn how to cast on, cast off, and the basic knit & purl stitches. Yarn and needles provided. They will take home a sampler of the stitches they learned. Ages 12+.

$125 for 1 instructor to teach 6 students
$200 for 2 instructors to teach 12 students
+$50 for students to keep knitting needles

Knitting for Intermediate/Advanced Knitters


1.5 hour class. Students MUST already know how to cast on, cast off, and how to knit and purl. Class will cover any techniques students are curious about including, but not limited to: lace, knitting in the round, socks, cables, chart reading/writing, etc. Ages 12+.

$150 for 1 instructor to teach 6 students
$300 for 2 instructors to teach 12 students

Crochet for Beginners

1.5 hour class where participants will learn basic stitches including chain, single, and double crochet. Yarn and crochet hook provided. They will take home a sampler of the stitches they learned. Ages 12+.

$125 for 1 instructor to teach 6 students
$200 for 2 instructors to teach 12 students
+$50 for students to keep hooks

Crochet for Intermediate/Advanced Crocheters

Students MUST already know the following stitches: chain, single, and double. Class will cover any techniques students are curious about including, but not limited to: amigurumi, doilies, Irish lace, reading/writing charts, etc. Ages 12+.

$150 for 1 instructor to teach 6 students
$300 for 2 instructors to teach 12 students

Introduction to Needle Felting

1.5 hour class where participants will create their own small needle felted sculpture with roving and felting needles provided. Ages 12+.

$175 for 1 instructor to teach 15 students
$250 for 2 instructors to teach 25 students
+$25 for students to keep felting needles

Introduction to Wet Felting

1.5 hour class where participants will create their own piece of wet felted art using roving and tools provided. Ages 8+. (Note, class uses small amounts of water, will get a tables slightly wet.)

$200 for 1 instructor to teach 15 students
$250 for 2 instructors to teach 25 students
+$50 for students to keep all tools

Small Frame Hand Weaving

2 hour class where participants will weave their own tapestry using an embroidery hoop and learn basic weaving and tapestry skills. Yarn and hoop provided. They will take home the weaving sampler in the hoop. Ages 10+.

$200 for 1 instructor to teach 15 students
$250 for 2 instructors to teach 25 students

Tiny Fairy Houses

2 hour class where participants will build and embellish their very own tiny fairy house. Paper, bone folders, embellishments, and glue provided. They will take home a tiny fairy house. Ages 7+.

$150 for 1 instructor to teach 15 students
$225 for 2 instructors to teach 25 students

Pro Quality Pictures with DSLR

2 hour class where participants bring their finished objects, and we take professional quality pictures and email them the files of their stuff. Mostly geared toward creators looking to break into online markets like Etsy. 2′ x 2′ x 2′ lightbox, lighting, head form, and DSLR provided. They must provide an email address to receive their pictures and they retain all copyright to their files. Files will NOT be retained or backed up in any way by photographers. Ages 13+.

$250 for 75 pictures split however you choose, up to 30 people (class may take longer than 3 hours over 20 people.)
