This workshop is being offered through Common Cod Fiber Guild.
Explore warm shades of naturally dyed yarns during a day full of interesting discussion and hands-on experiences. The workshop will be taught by Brooke Sinnes of Sincere Sheep yarns and held at the Fiber Arts Boston Innovation and Resource Center in Newton. We will dye nine one-ounce skeins of yarn in red, pink, orange and yellows using natural dye extracts and dried dyestuffs (with fresh plant matter if available).
We will meet 10-4, with an hour break for lunch (on your own). All workshop materials will be provided, including 9 1-oz skeins of yarn.
